1. Price

The prices indicated on the L’Écheveau Solidaire website are expressed in euros including tax. They do not include shipping costs.

2. Shipping costs

“Shipping costs” mean: transport costs, packaging costs and preparation of the order. These shipping costs exclude customs fees, taxes and various charges (depending on country) and are only valid on the date the order form is sent. In all cases, taxes, customs fees, various charges and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered at the time of validation of your shopping cart. They are displayed with the summary of the items ordered in the basket after recording the customer's contact details once the basket has been validated.

In the event of an additional and simultaneous order, the packages will be combined and the shipping costs recalculated. We will refund the overpayment via the payment method used when ordering.

3. Shipping method

The package is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when validating the order. The Customer must ensure its accuracy because any re-shipment will be made at their expense.

L’Écheveau Solidaire cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not due to its fault. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.

Packages are dropped off at post offices or relays on Tuesdays and Fridays.

4. Shipping times

Depending on the period and the products, packages are shipped between 3 days and 2 weeks after receipt of your payment. During trade fair periods or high orders such as Christmas, delivery times may be extended.

L’Écheveau Solidaire undertakes to ship orders within 3 to 8 working days. To this deadline are added the delivery times of the chosen service provider:

Colissimo France: indicative time 48 hours to 72 hours once the package has been delivered to the post office.

Mondial relay: 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination once the package has been delivered to the relay.

Small international package tracked or registered: 3 days to a few weeks depending on the destination once the package is delivered to the post office

Book and brochure rates: this economical rate is generally slower than traditional shipping (from several days to a few weeks). There is no guaranteed delivery time for Books and Brochures shipments. If the package does not arrive there is therefore no recourse.
